Be Part of the Experience. We're looking for an organized and service-oriented HR Uniform Coordinator to manage our employee uniform program and help support our Human Resources team at The Brook. In this role, you'll oversee uniform inventory, coordinate cleaning and repairs, assist employee-owners with uniform needs, and help ensure every team member is equipped to represent our company professionally. What You'll Do Manage the company's uniform inventory and tracking program Issue uniforms to new hires, transfers, and existing employee-owners Process uniform exchanges, returns, replacements, and collections Receive, organize, stock, and audit uniform inventory Coordinate uniform cleaning, repairs, and vendor services Maintain accurate inventory and recordkeeping systems Provide exceptional customer service to employee-owners Support HR reception coverage and administrative projects as needed What We're Looking For 1+ year of customer service, administrative support, inventory control, retail, warehouse, hospitality, or related experience Strong organizational and time management skills Excellent attention to detail and accuracy Strong communication and customer service skills Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities Ability to maintain accurate inventory records and resolve discrepancies Professionalism, confidentiality, and a positive team-first attitude Why Join Us 100% employee-owned company 35% of revenue donated to charitable causes Opportunity to support employee-owners throughout their career journey Variety of responsibilities that combine customer service, inventory management, and HR support Growth opportunities within a values-driven organization Physical Requirements Ability to regularly stand, walk, bend, reach, climb ladders, and perform repetitive motions Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 pounds Ability to work in office, storage, and operational areas throughout the property Ability to organize, sort, stock, and distribute inventory efficiently #J-18808-Ljbffr Kids for the Future
