Bridgecrest services roughly $25+ billion in finance receivables for DriveTime and other third parties. We service auto loans across a wide credit spectrum with the intent of creating a strong path to vehicle ownership for our customers.**That’s Nice, But What’s the Job?**In short, as the Remarketing Coordinator, you will work with field remarketers and auction officials to liquidate and maximize the return on Bridgecrest/DriveTime vehicles. In long, you will: * Accurately track vehicles through the auction process.* Maintain auction inventory at acceptable company levels.* Monitor movement and ensure that all vehicles are secured at auction.* Work with state DMVs to obtain a transferrable vehicle title.* Audit auction invoicing and follow up on sale proceeds.* Interdepartmental communication* Perform other related duties as assigned**So What Kind of Folks Are We Looking for?** * **Excellent verbal and written communication skills.** The ability to talk and write with confidence, charisma and competence for a wide variety of audiences including management.* **A mind for the details.** Okay we know “detail-oriented” is on about every job description – but we really mean it!* **Agile in a fast-paced environment.** We move, and we move quickly. This team works out of our Operations Center in East Mesa.* 1 year of professional experience including administrative, data entry, customer service, sales and/or retail industry; financial services, auction or logistics experience preferred.**So What About the Perks?
