Registered Nurse (RN) - CCU
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse to join our Critical Care Unit (CCU). This position is ideal for a professional who thrives in high-pressure environments and is committed to providing exceptional patient care.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and assess patient conditions in the CCU.
- Provide critical care interventions and administer medications as prescribed.
- Utilize advanced medical equipment, including ventilators, ICP monitoring systems, and hemodynamic monitoring devices.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Educate patients and families about treatment options and care strategies.
Qualifications
- Active Massachusetts State License as a Registered Nurse, with a conditional license accepted.
- Minimum of two years of experience in a critical care unit (CCU/ICU).
- Current certifications in ACLS, BLS, and NIHSS are required.
- Proficiency in the use of ventilators, ICP monitoring, and hemodynamic monitoring.
Shift Information
This position requires availability for day shifts, working three 12-hour shifts from 7:00 AM to 7:30 PM.
