Reason for Opening: Backfill due to employee departure .
Role & Department Details
Work Location: 100% Onsite | 81 Highland Ave, Salem, MA (free parking available + free shuttle services)
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM (40 hours/week) Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily clinic operations, ensuring smooth workflow and efficient utilization of resources.
- Manage and schedule appointments, consultations, and follow-up visits for patients.
- Maintain patient records, ensuring accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance with relevant regulations.
- Oversee patient registration, check-in, and check-out procedures, ensuring a positive patient experience.
- Supervise administrative staff, providing guidance, training, and support as needed.
- Monitor and manage inventory levels of medical supplies, equipment, and other clinic resources.
- Handle patient inquiries, complaints, and concerns, resolving issues in a timely and satisfactory manner.
- Collaborate with healthcare providers and staff to develop and implement clinic policies, procedures, and protocols.
Required Skills:
- Strong knowledge of medical terminology, healthcare regulations, and industry standards.
- Strong leadership and supervisory abilities.
- Proficiency in using electronic health records and other clinic management software.
- Excellent organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining accuracy and confidentiality.
Required Education:
Bachelor's Degree required
Degree in Healthcare Management or a related field
Experience cannot replace the education requirement.
3–5 years of Clinic, Office, or Hospital experience
3–5 years of Administrative Office experience
Preferred Experience
2–3 years of Leadership/Supervisory experience
