Are you a customer-focused professional with a passion for sales and helping others succeed?
We’re looking for a Member Experience Specialist / Relationship Banker /CSR who thrives in a fast-paced, tech-driven environment and enjoys connecting with customers across multiple digital channels.

Lewisville, TX (Onsite)

$21 – $25/hr (DOE)| Full-Time - Temp to Hire

The Member Experience Specialist involves delivering member-focused financial solutions, processing transactions, and supporting branch or digital sales goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Member Service: Handle inquiries in person or by phone, listen to member needs, and match them with appropriate financial products or services.

• Account & Transaction Management: Process routine financial transactions, handle account maintenance, open and close memberships, and update member records accurately.

• Digital Support: Help members set up and use digital banking features like mobile apps, bill pay, and online services.

• Sales & Cross-Selling: Actively cross-sell credit union products, handle consumer loan applications or payoffs, and make outbound touchpoints to keep relationships active.

• Collaboration: Coordinate handoffs with internal partners for specialized needs like mortgages, investments, or IRAs, while maintaining compliance with security and privacy policies.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience working in a financial institution, bank, or financial services call center.

• Sales Skills: Demonstrated background in sales, performance-based roles, or cross-selling financial services.

• Communication: Strong verbal, written, and telephone communication skills with a consultative approach.

• Technical Proficiency: Comfortable using Windows, Microsoft Word and Excel, internet navigation, and 10-key typing.

• Professionalism: High standard of dependability, discretion, and ability to handle confidential information
