Project Manager (Junior) – Right-of-Way / Infrastructure – $45-50/hr W2 – Phoenix (City Government, 1-Year Contract)

Manage right-of-way for the water projects Phoenix runs on.

A major city department needs a junior Project Manager to coordinate right-of-way work for water infrastructure projects, easements, land access, permits, and utility coordination, keeping projects moving from the 8th floor of the downtown municipal tower.

What you'll do: coordinate right-of-way acquisition and permitting for water infrastructure projects · track project schedules, stakeholders, and deliverables · liaise between engineering, legal, utilities, and property owners · maintain project documentation and status reporting · occasional local travel (personal vehicle may be needed)

What you'll need: Bachelor's degree (required) · project coordination or project management experience (right-of-way, land, utilities, construction, or infrastructure exposure a strong plus) · strong documentation and stakeholder communication · Phoenix-area resident (current city on your resume)
