Job Summary

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified RN - CVOR to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain sterile surgical environments.
• Assist surgeons during cardiovascular procedures.
• Monitor patients' vital signs throughout surgeries.
• Manage surgical instruments and equipment efficiently.
• Document all aspects of perioperative care.
• Participate in rotational on-call duties and holiday schedules.

Qualifications

• Current RN license in Florida.
• Minimum 2 years of CVOR experience required.
• Ability to work variable call schedules.
• ACLS and BLS certifications required.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Commitment to high-standard patient safety and care.
