Commercial Operations Process Excellence Manager

Thermo Fisher Scientific seeks a Commercial Process Excellence Manager to harmonize and improve commercial processes across the Instrument & Enterprise Services business globally. The role involves documenting current practices, eliminating variation, and enabling consistent, scalable operations across sales, service, and customer lifecycle activities.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery, mapping, and documentation of commercial processes across regions and teams to identify variations and gaps
• Drive harmonization of end-to-end commercial processes including Lead-to-Opportunity, Contract-to-Renewal, and Warranty Conversion
• Develop and maintain process-excellence roadmap with governance oversight from business and process owners
• Partner with Sales, Service, Operations, Data, Finance, and IT to align processes with reporting and enterprise platforms
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives and drive stakeholder alignment through facilitation, communication, and change management

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience
• Seven or more years in commercial operations, service operations, process excellence, or business transformation
• Demonstrated experience mapping and harmonizing processes across multiple regions, countries, and functions
• Experience leading complex cross-functional initiatives in global, matrixed organizations
• Proficiency with enterprise systems such as SAP and Salesforce
• Practical experience with process-improvement methodologies like PPI, Lean, or Six Sigma
• Experience supporting organizational change and adoption of standardized practices
