Position Highlights Full-time employed position with Abrazo Medical Group Practice locations: Abrazo West Campus Hospital and West ASMC Clinic 2-3 OR days and 2-3 clinic days per week Dedicated OR access at both a hospital and ambulatory surgery center Average clinic volume: 20-25 patients per clinic day Full clinical scope surgical and non-surgical care for the hand, wrist, forearm, and elbow, including both elective and trauma cases Advanced microsurgical capabilities including microvascular reconstruction, free tissue transfer, and complex limb salvage Onsite U-Arm X-ray and high-resolution exam room monitors Call rotation: approximately 1 week per month, shared among group partners Collaborative practice with certified hand therapists and multidisciplinary teams What We Offer Competitive compensation package Dedicated marketing and business development support to help grow your practice Administrative support including billing, credentialing, and practice management Malpractice insurance provided Health, dental, and life insurance 401(k) with employer matching Deferred compensation program Relocation assistance Candidate Requirements MD or DO from an accredited medical school Completion of an ACGME-accredited Orthopedic Surgery residency Completion of a Hand and Upper Extremity Surgery fellowship Board Certified or Board Eligible by the American Board of Orthopaedic Surgery (ABOS) Subspecialty certification or eligibility in Surgery of the Hand Experience with microsurgical techniques for vessel and nerve repair Arizona medical license or eligibility to obtain licensure Why Phoenix Phoenix delivers a quality of life that's hard to match 300-plus days of sunshine, a low cost of living relative to other major metros, and some of the best hiking and outdoor recreation in the Southwest right at your doorstep.
