Is on-call REQ? 6 call shifts in a 6 week period- can vary

Locals accepted: Yes. What is the local radius rule? # off bill rate for travelers who reside within the state of Indiana.

Will the clinician float within scope to meet facility needs? Yes.

Pending License accepted: No. IN-STATE LICENSE / REQUIRED CERTS MUST BE IN HAND TO SUB RTO

Restrictions: Must work 2/3 major holidays.

Special Requirements: Trauma Level I Experience: Required. Screen > 2 years if has at least 1 year in Level 1 trauma experience. Circulate required. Scrub preferred.

OR RNs need to be well rounded and current in most areas except CV & Transplant as they will be floated where needed.

Unit Information: Core 3 & 4: GEN, Plastic, GYN, ENT, trauma, Neuro and ortho, GU, Colorectal Robotics

Average Daily Census: 70-80 Rooms: 21

Effective 11/30/24, IU Health will not allow IN RN's to work at their facilities (SEE EXCEPTIONS BELOW). Periop/OR RN's, Allied and Ambulatory RN travelers are exempt from this rule. These IN travelers are allowed to work past the 11/30 deadline.
