Employer of record is: DLV Hamptons Management LLC Dune Deck Beach Club and The Hills are seeking seasonal Bartender to join the Food & Beverage - Service Department. This role is available April 20, 2026 – October 7th, 2026. H-2B visa sponsorship is available for in-country extensions. In this role, you will be part of creating the Discovery Land Company experience for our members and fellow employees.**Key Responsibilities*** Bartender will execute craft cocktails and continuously create and present new ideas to management.* Mix and serve drinks to patrons, directly or through waitstaff.* Greet all guests and members promptly and politely, and by name whenever possible.* Maintain cleanliness and organization of bar/ bar storage areas at all times.* Execute cocktail recipes and demonstrate ability to follow recipes for syrups and all house-made ingredients.* Enter all transactions accordingly into point-of-sale system and issue accurate checks to members and guests.* Display extensive knowledge of all beverages and ingredients, as well as recommendations for pairings of food.* Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of wine and ability to make recommendations from the club wine list.* Demonstrate sense of urgency for responding to guest needs during all interactions.**Qualifications*** Twelve (12) months of front-of-house experience in high-volume restaurants, resorts, or private clubs.* Required to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, holidays, and shifts greater than eight (8) hours in length.* Required to read, write, speak, and understand English.* Required to work indoors and outdoors.* Required to stand, walk, and move for a period of greater than four (4) hours.* Required to lift, carry, bend, stoop, squat, reach, push and pull. May be required to lift and carry items that are sometimes greater than 50 pounds.* Background check will be performed at the expense of the employer.**Additional Requirements*** Positive attitude, professional demeanor, and exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to deliver service to members, guests, and team members.* Ability to work in a team environment.* Ability to stay calm and focused during the busiest of times.**Benefits*** Pay Range: $30.75 - $33.50 USD per hour; based on experience* Employee Meals, Referral Incentives, and Recognition Programs* Optional housing is offered through a separate rental company for those outside of a commutable distance. Cost of housing and utilities, if accepted, is $100.00 - $150.00 per week for a shared room.
