Physical Therapist (PT)

The Physical Therapist evaluates patients with musculoskeletal, neuromuscular, cardiopulmonary, and integumentary conditions, then develops and delivers individualized treatment plans. This role documents care, monitors progress, and updates goals in collaboration with physicians and the care team. Responsibilities include discharge planning, patient and family education, safe use of therapeutic equipment, and maintaining a clean, safe environment. The PT may supervise assistants, rehab aides, and students in accordance with state regulations.
