- Location: Oneonta, NY
- Position: Pharmacy Manager
- Type: Interim or Permanent
- Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM-7:00 PM
- Saturday: 9:00 AM-3:00 PM
- Sunday: Closed
- Pay: Competitive weekly pay
- Benefits: Full time benefits such as medical, dental, vision, etc.
- Relocation: Available for permanent candidates
- Serve as Pharmacist-in-Charge and maintain regulatory compliance
- Oversee the day-to-day operation of the pharmacy department
- Manage pharmacy staff, scheduling, payroll, and inventory
- Lead, train, and evaluate pharmacy associates
- Ensure compliance with company policies and required training
- Provide immunizations, MTM, and wellness services
- Counsel patients and healthcare providers on medications and therapies
- Monitor patient progress and medication adherence
- Participate in quality improvement and patient safety programs
- Support pharmacy business development within the store and community
- Active New York Pharmacist license
- Immunization certification required
- Must be comfortable administering all vaccines
- Recent Pharmacy Manager experience preferred
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to independently oversee pharmacy operations and staff
