Sr. Digital Designer

Robert Half's marketing & creative client is seeking a Senior Designer for a 6-month contract opportunity. This role will begin on a part-time basis (approximately 20 hours per week) and ramp up to full-time hours as business needs increase. Candidates local to the Boston area are preferred for a hybrid schedule (Tuesday and Wednesday onsite)! The ideal candidate is a hands-on designer who can work independently, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and deliver creative assets with minimal oversight.Key Responsibilities:Design digital assets for email marketing, social media, websites, webinars, events, presentations, and internal communicationsCreate graphics for newsletters, campaigns, marketing initiatives, and employee engagement programsSupport the development of a large-scale annual report and year-in-review initiativeDesign custom illustrations, icons, infographics, and other visual storytelling assetsSource, curate, and optimize photography from internal and stock image librariesBuild, maintain, and update SharePoint intranet pages using established templatesUpdate website content within a CMS environment, such as Sitecore or similar platformsPartner closely with writers, marketing operations teams, video producers, and business stakeholders to execute creative projectsMaintain brand standards and ensure consistency across all deliverablesManage multiple projects concurrently while meeting deadlines and business objectives Hourly rate: $35–$40
