Responsibilities for a Compensation Analyst include but are not limited to:

· Partner with Compensation Business Partners, HRBPs, and Talent Acquisition teams to advise business leaders on compensation strategy, programs, and compensation-related decisions.

· Lead and influence compensation initiatives across broad-based and sales compensation programs for U.S. and international teams.

· Drive continuous improvement of compensation processes, policies, and programs by identifying gaps and implementing effective solutions.

· Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders and leadership teams to align compensation programs with business objectives.

· Work closely with Compensation Analytics & Design teams to execute, administer, and deliver compensation programs.

· Conduct compensation analysis, benchmarking, and data-driven recommendations to support business and talent decisions.

Candidates for Compensation Analyst must meet the following requirements to be considered:

· 6+ years of Broad-Based Compensation experience (Mandatory).

· 3+ years of Sales Compensation experience (Mandatory).

· Advanced Excel and/or Google Sheets data modeling skills with the ability to analyze large data sets and derive business insights (Mandatory).

· Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex compensation analysis into clear recommendations for senior leaders (Mandatory).

· Experience engaging and influencing senior stakeholders, including Sales leadership, Talent Acquisition, HRBPs, and business executives.

· Proven experience in compensation process improvement, compensation benchmarking, and project management within a fast-paced environment.

Nice-to-Have Skills

· Experience in high-growth technology companies (SaaS, marketplace platforms, logistics, or food delivery).

· Experience with compensation/commission tools such as CaptivateIQ, Spiff, or Xactly.

· Experience with Salesforce CRM.

· Bachelor’s degree in finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related quantitative field.

· International compensation program experience.

· Strong cross-functional program management experience.

Pay Details: $56.56 per hour
