Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of CDL-A experience
• Minimum 3 months of flatbed experience
• No more than two moving violations (last 3 years)
• No more than one accident (last 3 years)
• No more than 3 job changes per year
• No positive drug results in the past - no refusal
• Medical card

Primary responsibilities:

• Safely operate and maintain flatbed tractors and trailers, including load securement and tie-downs.
• Complete pre-trip/post-trip inspections and required logbook or ELD documentation.
• Communicate with dispatch and uphold safety and DOT compliance.

Compensation & equipment: Earn 80% of gross with weekly averages of $7,500–$10,000 and a lease-to-own program reaching ownership in one year; models include 2019–2020 Peterbilt, Kenworth, Freightliner.
