Responsibilities: Lead Complex family law litigation from initial strategy session through resolution and trial Serve as lead counsel in hearings, trials, and other legal proceedings. Regularly appear in court and provide exceptional courtroom advocacy. Develop and execute strategic litigation plans designed to achieve the best possible outcomes for clients. Draft, review, and oversee pleadings, motions, discovery, settlement agreements, and other legal documents with exceptional attention to detail, accuracy, and strategic analysis.
