We are seeking a reliable and patient-focused Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) to join our healthcare team. This role supports providers in delivering efficient, high-quality patient care through a combination of clinical and administrative responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Room patients and obtain and document vital signs
- Assist providers with exams, procedures, and treatments
- Administer medications and injections within scope of practice and licensure
- Accurately document patient care in the electronic health record (EHR)
- Support patient communication, education, and follow-up care coordination
- Assist with phone triage and patient inquiries (based on licensure and experience)
- Ensure compliance with infection control, safety, and confidentiality standards
- Medication & Prior Authorization Support
- Additional responsibilities may be assigned in accordance with licensure
Qualifications
- One of the following required: Certificate of completion from Medical Assistant (MA) program and/or current Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) Certificate
- Prior clinical experience preferred

- Candidates with extensive experience, strong qualifications, and applicable certification or licensure will be considered for a higher starting wage
- Starting at $20.50 per hour for MA based on experience and certification
- Starting at $22.50 per hour for CMA based on experience and licensure
