OFCI Process Equipment Manager - Data Center

Gilbane is seeking a OFCI Process Equipment Manager - Data Center to assist with the coordination of Owner Furnished Contractor Installed Electrical & Mechanical equipment and materials, ensuring timely communication, tracking and documentation throughout all project phases. Responsibilities Support the tracking and coordination of OFCI equipment throughout procurement, delivery and turnover Communicate with owners, vendors, and subcontractors to ensure equipment readiness and delivery aligns with project needs Maintain accurate logs, datasets and documentation for all OFCI items Assist with receipt, inspection, and on‑site storage coordination of Electrical and Mechanical equipment Support the field team to ensure handling and installation meet manufacturer requirements and project specifications Identify and address issues related to delivery delays, damage, or installation conflicts Manage workload and performance of direct reports, ensuring alignment with overall company standards Foster a positive and inclusive work environment to motivate and engage team members Aid in communicating company and department strategy to direct reports Qualifications

EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or Construction Management Hyperscale data center field construction experience Equipment coordination experience A minimum of 5-10 years of experience Field leadership skills; planning, coordinating, and execution; supporting daily field activities of trade contractors specific to equipment handling OSHA 30‑hour construction outreach certification is preferred Or equivalent combination of education and experience

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES

Strong technical and communication skills are critical Ability to work in a team environment Knowledge of industry standard software, Microsoft Office (preferred) Salary to be determined based on factors such as geographic location, skills, education, and/or experience of the applicant, as well as the internal equity and alignment with the team. For Ohio this ranges from $110,000-$165,000 plus benefits and retirement program.
