Urgent Care Nurse Practitioner

DirectShifts is seeking Nurse Practitioners (NPs) to perform medical evaluations for U.S. veterans.

Responsibilities

Conduct one-time medical evaluations for veterans.
Perform standardized physical exams guided by structured questionnaires.
Document findings in a secure online portal (no billing or extensive charting).
Exams are scheduled at your practice location no new patient onboarding.

Qualifications

Active U.S. Nurse Practitioner license
Minimum 2 years post-training experience
Active Board Certification in:

Family Medicine
Internal Medicine
General Practice
Emergency Medicine
Geriatrics
Urgent Care
Sports/Occupational Medicine

Site & Equipment Requirements

OSHA & ADA-compliant office
Wheelchair accessible
Laptop
