We are currently seeking experienced Chefs to help grow our culinary experience. Responsibilities Support the Executive Chef in overseeing kitchen operations Prepare and execute menu items according to established recipes, portion controls, and presentation standards. Manage daily food preparation and service in a high-volume, fast-paced environment Manage station mise en place daily to ensure efficient service during peak dining hours Maintain food quality, consistency, and presentation in alignment with brand standards Ensure kitchen safety, sanitation, and cleanliness in accordance with local health regulations Collaborate with the front-of-house team to ensure smooth service and guest satisfaction Communicate effectively with team members and ensure high productivity is a main focus Requirements 2-4 years of experience as a Line Cook in a high-volume, professional kitchen environment Proven proficiency in various cooking techniques, including sautéing, grilling, and knife skills Excellent culinary skills with a creative and quality-focused mindset Deep understanding of food safety and sanitation standards Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays Ability to work effectively under pressure while maintaining a positive and professional attitude Excellent communication skills and a commitment to collaborative teamwork and kitchen harmony Perks Competitive salary and benefits package Medical Benefits 401k Benefits Paid Time Off – 2 Weeks A supportive and creative culinary environment Employee discounts at all One Hospitality locations #J-18808-Ljbffr One Hospitality
