Job Summary
A results-driven and analytical IT professional with extensive experience and a diverse set of skills in Microsoft on-premises, Azure, Intune and Office 365 cloud technologies. Focusing on unified mobile device management (MDM) and mobile application management (MAM) to securely monitor and manage a wide range of mobile devices that access sensitive business data. Adept at administration and troubleshooting a variety of Windows technologies and products. Possessing the ability to quickly understand new functional concepts and apply them effectively.
Technical Capabilities
- Over 15 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Windows Server and Workstation Operating Systems.
- Over 12 years of experience managing Microsoft Active Directory infrastructure and domain services.
- Nearly 10 years of experience in Microsoft System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM), managing Microsoft Windows Servers and Workstations in remote data centers, offices, and stores globally.
- Over 7 years of experience in developing and deploying customized Windows OS images.
- Over 4 years of experience in enterprise mobility and application management with Microsoft Intune (MDM/MAM).
