A fast-paced and highly regarded Personal Injury Law Firm is seeking a confident, people-first Receptionist to become the welcoming face and voice of the business. What Youll Be Doing

Step into a role where youre the command center of communication:

• Manage a high-volume, 10-line phone system with professionalism and efficiency
• Direct calls accurately to the right team members, keeping everything flowing smoothly
• Greet clients and visitors warmly, creating a positive and lasting first impression
• Keep the reception area polished and organized
• Provide essential admin support including scanning, filing, and handling incoming and outgoing mail

Qualifications

What Were Looking For

Were searching for someone who brings both experience and personality:

• 5+ years of experience handling a multi-line phone system
• Bilingual communication skills (highly preferred)
• Clear, confident verbal communication and a friendly, upbeat phone presence
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel
• Experience with Filevine is a strong advantage

Working Hours

• Monday to Thursday: 9:00 AM 6:00 PM
• Friday: 9:00 AM 5:00 PM
