Job Description
A fast-paced and highly regarded Personal Injury Law Firm is seeking a confident, people-first Receptionist to become the welcoming face and voice of the business. If you thrive in a dynamic environment where no two days are the same and you enjoy being at the heart of operations, this could be your perfect next move.
What Youll Be Doing
Step into a role where youre the command center of communication:
- Manage a high-volume, 10-line phone system with professionalism and efficiency
- Direct calls accurately to the right team members, keeping everything flowing smoothly
- Greet clients and visitors warmly, creating a positive and lasting first impression
- Keep the reception area polished and organized
- Provide essential admin support including scanning, filing, and handling incoming and outgoing mail
Qualifications
What Were Looking For
Were searching for someone who brings both experience and personality:
- 5+ years of experience handling a multi-line phone system
- Bilingual communication skills (highly preferred)
- Clear, confident verbal communication and a friendly, upbeat phone presence
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel
- Experience with Filevine is a strong advantage
Working Hours
- Monday to Thursday: 9:00 AM 6:00 PM
- Friday: 9:00 AM 5:00 PM
