Location: Havertown, PA Job Type: Full-Time, Part-Time, or Contract Schedule: Monday-Friday (Full-time: 40 hrs/week | Part-time: 20-24 hrs/week)
Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist (PT) to join our clinical team. In this role, you will evaluate patients, develop individualized treatment plans, and provide therapeutic interventions to help improve mobility, relieve pain, and restore physical function. The ideal candidate will work closely with patients and healthcare teams to support recovery and enhance overall quality of life. New graduates are welcome and encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments of patients to determine physical therapy needs and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Implement therapeutic interventions using various techniques, including manual therapy, to improve patient mobility and function.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal recovery.
• Educate patients and their families about treatment options, exercises, and strategies for managing their conditions.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary healthcare team to provide comprehensive, patient-centered care.

Requirements

• Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Valid State of Pennsylvania licensure (or eligibility for licensure) as a Physical Therapist.
• Experience in geriatrics, pediatrics, acute care, or home community care is preferred but not required.
• Candidates with exposure to or experience in manual therapy skills are preferred.
• Strong communication skills and a commitment to patient advocacy.
