Route Details & Logistics

• Base Location: All daily dispatches originate from the major retail distribution center in Casa Grande, AZ.
• Operating Radius: Short-haul regional and local loops keeping you within a strict 225-mile radius of the DC.
• Freight Type: 100% No-Touch Freight. Store receivers handle all live unloads while you remain in the cab.
• Weekly Volume: Expect a steady pace managing 8 to 15 loads per week (averaging 3 to 4 store stops per run).
• Equipment: Late-model, company-maintained day cabs equipped with smooth automatic transmissions (slip-seat operation).

Candidate Requirements

• Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL-A).
• At least 3 months of verifiable solo tractor-trailer driving experience.
• Must live within a 50-mile radius of Casa Grande, AZ, and have reliable transportation to commute to the yard daily.
• Availability to work any assigned schedule—because retail shipping runs 24/7, flexibility with weekends, night shifts, and early morning dispatches is required.
• Ability to successfully pass a standard DOT physical, background check, and drug screen.
