Job Description
Title: RN Clinical Nurse - Nursing

Schedule: Days, 12 hours

Assignment Details:
- Contract Length: 13 weeks
- Guaranteed Hours: 36 per week

Requirements:
- Must be a licensed Registered Nurse, knowledgeable in nursing practices as per the applicable state Nurse Practice Act.
- Must implement the Scope of Practice and adhere to the Code of Ethics Standards as outlined by the American Nurses Association.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to deliver individualized, high-quality, and safe patient care.
- Uphold patient voice and advocate for patient needs within the care team.
- Adhere to system policies and procedures while aiming for service excellence goals.
- Engage in evidence-based practice and research to improve care delivery.
- Participate in the Wellstar Professional Practice Model and Shared Governance Model initiatives.
