Product Manager/Terminal and Hardware Product Focus

Ultimate Staffing Services is actively seeking an experienced Product Manager to join their client's innovative team in Hartford County, Connecticut. Responsibilities Lead the development and execution of product strategies and roadmaps. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive product development and enhancements. Conduct market research and analyze trends to identify new product opportunities. Define product requirements and specifications based on customer needs and market insights. Manage the product lifecycle from concept through launch and beyond. Monitor product performance and gather feedback for continuous improvement. Communicate product updates and milestones to stakeholders and teams. Ensure alignment of product goals with business objectives. Lead and mentor a team of product professionals, fostering a collaborative environment. Qualifications Proven experience in product management or a similar supervisory role. Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data into actionable insights. Excellent communication and leadership skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines. Proficiency in project management tools and software. 5+ years of experience serving as a product manager, with a strong focus on electronic devices and software. Strong understanding of hardware design, product specifications, manufacturing processes, and related technologies. Hands‑on experience leading teams under Agile methodologies as a product owner/product manager. Successful product deployment into production. Strong system thinking and understanding of different components making up a solution: cloud components and edge solutions. In‑depth understanding or ability to learn and understand the market dynamics to anticipate future customer needs. Demonstrated ability to grasp customer needs and translate those to scalable and secure system architectures. Experience with proximity badge technologies. Strong communication skills, verbal and written. Pluses Understanding IT security and data privacy. Experience with agile, scrum, JIRA / Atlassian tools.
