ETI, Inc. is an independent heavy equipment and parts dealer looking for a rock star Outside Sales Representative to join our growing team! Job Description: We are seeking a motivated, customer-focused professional with a strong work ethic and the ability to work independently. The right candidate will take ownership of their territory, develop relationships, and provide customized solutions to meet customer needs.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers
- Expand sales within existing accounts and secure new business
- Manage all aspects of the sales cycle including estimating and closing deals
- Represent the company with professionalism and integrity
- Communicate with internal teams to share customer feedback and market trends
- Work with minimal supervision while driving consistent results
Requirements:
- Proven outside sales experience preferred
- Comfortable using CRM systems and general computer applications
- Strong negotiation, organizational, and communication skills
- Self-motivated with a proactive sales approach
- Ability to build rapport and maintain long-term customer relationships
