Mortgage Loan Officer

Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Mortgage Loan Officer based in Westlake Village, CA, with opportunities for partial remote work. The Mortgage Loan Officer will be responsible for originating and evaluating residential mortgage loans, maintaining compliance with underwriting standards, and guiding clients throughout the home loan process. In this role, you will develop and maintain relationships with customers, assess their needs, and provide tailored financial solutions to meet their goals. Qualifications In-depth knowledge of the Mortgage Industry, including Mortgage Lending and underwriting processes Proficiency in tasks associated with Loan Officers, including reviewing applications and analyzing borrower eligibility Strong Customer Service skills with the ability to communicate effectively and build lasting client relationships Proven ability to work in a hybrid environment with both in-office and remote responsibilities Attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and a commitment to excellence Experience with relevant financial regulations and compliance practices Previous sales or lending experience is preferred Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or a related field is advantageous #J-18808-Ljbffr GEM Mortgage, Inc
