At Mercier Consultancy MD , we are thrilled to offer a unique position as a Customer Representative (Dutch-speaking) for a digital wallet. This role provides an opportunity to work in Greece, immersing yourself in a vibrant culture while supporting our clients in the digital finance sector. Your Role: Deliver exceptional customer support to Dutch-speaking clients using our digital wallet services, ensuring their inquiries are resolved efficiently and effectively. Communicate through various channels such as phone, email, and chat. Familiarize yourself with our digital wallet platform to assist customers with their needs. Collaborate with team members to ensure timely and accurate responses to customer requests. Fluency in Dutch (both written and spoken) is essential for effective communication with clients. Strong customer service skills and the ability to problem-solve effectively. Willingness to learn about digital wallet services and related technologies. Self-motivated, adaptable, and capable of thriving in a remote work environment. Open to working in Greece and adapting to a multicultural setting!
