A large Ophthalmology practice with offices throughout the Washington DC metropolitan area is growing their vision correction team and looking for someone special to fill this role. About the Role You’ll serve as the face of our surgical program — educating, supporting, and coordinating care for patients considering refractive laser procedures, IOL surgery, and other vision correction treatments. From the first phone call to surgery day, you’ll ensure every patient feels confident, informed, and cared for. What You’ll Be Doing Guiding patients through all pre‑operative preparations and surgical scheduling Serving as the key liaison between patients, surgical facilities, and referring physicians Providing personalized education and financial counseling to prospective patients Following up with patients and driving growth within our surgery division What We’re Looking For 2–5 years of healthcare experience 2+ years as a surgical or scheduling coordinator (ophthalmology a big plus!) Fluent in both English and Spanish (required) A people‑first communicator with sharp organizational skills Calm under pressure, detail‑oriented, and solutions‑focused Why Join Us?
