OBGYN Laborist Loc ums Job in Michigan 24-Hour Call Beginning June 1 - Ongoing

24 hour Call shifts 7a-7a
Primary and Secondary Call Shifts
Orientation typically one day prior to start
June 2, 21 Secondary Call
June 7, 10 Primary OR Secondary Call
July 19, 20, 24, 25, 26, 27, & 28 All Primary Call
August 3, 4, 5, 19, 20, 21, & 22 All Primary Call
3 PA's, midwives for support on L&D 7p-7a, Provider not required to supervise

Requirements
ACLS, BLS, PALS, Fetal Heart Monitoring
Must be BC or truly BE and able to provide case logs showing 50 deliveries and 25 GYN procedures within the last 12 month

Assignment Details
Inpatient Only
Primary Call shift provider remains at the hospital the full 24hr shift, there are call rooms available, mainly L&D and circs
Secondary Call shift the provider may take call from the hotel but must check in every morning at 7am
D&C, Emergency GYN surgeries, ED coverage, NSTs, Tubal Ligations, L&D, Circs
Comfortability to perform circs preferred
Proctoring for OBGYN is completed as cases/deliveries arise
