The work ensures that printed materials are completed accurately, efficiently, and ready for distribution. As a Print Production Technician, you will perform the following duties:Digital Print Operations: Operate Xerox high speed printers and use Q-Direct software to manage digital print workflowsFile Review: Examine printing files to identify issues when processes failSoftware Use: Create PDFs with Dock Bridge software and manage items in IQ Work ManagerQuick Copy Tasks: Operate bindery machines and prepare materials for customer pick upCustomer Service: Assist customers at the pick up window and answer questionsPackaging Work: Package and box completed work orders for shipmentInterested in learning more? Check your email, including spam/junk folders, for these notices.Minimum Experience and Training Requirements:One year as a Print Production Operator (Commonwealth job title or equivalent Federal Government job title, as determined by the Office of Administration); orOne year of experience in the operation of print or mail insertion equipment or similar machinery used in a print or mail production facility; orAn equivalent combination of experience and training.Other Requirements:You must meet the PA residency requirement.
