Responsibilities Assist project manager on various construction projects Specialize in water damage from small scale to large scale flooding projects Learn about different types of drying equipment General labor duties such as gutting, cleaning, and packing Assist with demolition and reconstruction Pre and post construction clean-up Qualifications 1-3 years experience working Water Mitigation projects preferred Must have a valid driver's license Must have reliable transportation Must be able to work weekdays, nights, and weekends Must be on call for any after-hours work that comes in Hard worker with attention to detail Relationship building/maintenance skills Must be reliable, dependable, and drug free Benefits Cell phone and everything needed to complete job provided Benefits package: medical, dental, vision, etc. Paid vacations: 1 year - 1 week, 2 years - 2 weeks, 5 years - 3 weeks 401(k) with employer match On-call rotation offers opportunities for additional compensation Pre-employment Background Check and Drug Screen required.
