**Your future role at a glance** + **Location:** Nashville, TN + **Facility:** Saint Thomas West + **Department:** Critical Care Unit + **Schedule:** Full-time | Night Shift + **Sign-on bonus:** Available **How you'll make an impact in this role** + Assess patients’ physical and emotional needs and deliver timely interventions that support recovery and positive health outcomes. + Develop and manage individualized care plans, closely tracking patient progress and adjusting care as conditions change. + Coordinate care across physicians and the broader care team to ensure patients receive seamless, well-organized treatment. + Communicate patient updates and carry out treatment plans to keep care accurate, timely, and aligned with provider guidance. + Prepare patients and families for discharge, providing education and coordinating next steps to support a safe transition home or to the next level of care. **What minimum requirements you'll need** **Licensure / Certification / Registration:** + Advanced Life Support obtained within 6 Months (180 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted. + BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required.
