Travel CT and Diagnostic Radiology Technologist - $2,581 per week

Travel CT Technologist – Charlotte, North Carolina American Traveler is hiring a dual‑modality CT/Rad Tech with at least 2 years of combined CT and diagnostic radiology experience for a night shift position at a freestanding emergency department in Charlotte, NC. Assignment Details Specialty: CT Technologist Discipline: Allied Health Professional Start Date: 06/29/2026 Duration: 13 weeks Hours: 36 hours per week Shift: 12 hours, nights (Friday–Sunday, 7:00 PM–7:30 AM) On‑call: approximately 3–4 shifts per month Employment Type: Travel Location: freestanding emergency department with 18 beds (24 including RME) Scope of Work Perform general diagnostic X‑rays, portable X‑rays, and CT imaging. Support both ED and outpatient imaging populations; approximately 100 combined radiology and CT studies performed daily. Use EMR Epic (with Epic Radiant RIS) and PACS Philips iSite. Operate Siemens XCite CT scanner, Bayer/Medrad Power Injectors, Shimadzu RadSpeed X‑ray, and GE AMX portable X‑ray unit. Requirements Minimum 2 years of dual‑modality Rad/CT experience. BLS certification. ARRT certification required: ARRT‑R and ARRT‑CT (dual role ARRT‑R‑CT preferred). Active state license required, if applicable. Proficiency performing CT studies, general diagnostic X‑rays, and portable X‑rays. Permanent address at least 50 miles from the facility; local candidates not accepted. Last 4 digits of SSN and full date of birth required for consideration. Minimum 1 professional reference dated within the past year from a supervisor, manager, director, or charge RN. Additional Information Orientation includes 1 day of administrative onboarding (Epic, eLearnings, policy review) and up to 1 week of departmental orientation as needed. Travelers expected to work 75 % of holidays. Black scrubs required. Free surface lot parking available on site. First‑time travelers welcome. Candidates who have worked a permanent position at any AHSE facility must have been separated for at least 1 year before being considered.
