Goosehead Insurance is currently seeking an experienced, self-motivated, and driven Enterprise Sales Agent to join our team. The focus of the Enterprise Sales Agent is to give quotes, close leads, and retain relationships. They will also advise clients on the benefits of various policies as well as tailoring insurance packages to meet their specific needs.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities
The Enterprise Sales Agent will be working in a fulfillment agency environment working with both inbound and outbound calls. They will also track client data through Salesforce CRM system and engage with pre-qualified prospects. Goosehead's sales management platform provides our agents a consistent flow of qualified leads to help build a book of business.
A successful candidate will have experience in inside sales or the insurance industry, with expertise in the sales process and client management.
Requirements:
- No prior insurance experience required; entry-level position. Internal candidates must have 4-6 months of successful performance in their current role before a transfer is acceptable, or otherwise approved by the Director of Enterprise Sales.
- Property & Casualty Insurance License (Preferred) or passing the state licensing exam, once hired
- Legally authorized to work the United States
Skills Development: Sales techniques, product knowledge, and customer engagement.
Performance: Achieve 50% of monthly sales goals as a Sales Agent.
Attendance: Maintain a good attendance record.
Training: Completion of basic sales and product training.
Responsibilities: 1 - Handle inbound and outbound sales calls.2 - Work with pre-qualified leads and close sales.3 - Track client data and sales activities via CRM.4 - Follow up on pipeline queues to ensure completion of sale5 - Maintain compliance with business policy requirements5 - Achieve minimum sales targets.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs): Minimum Monthly Sales Target: Achieve 50% of the monthly sales goal in policies, new business revenue. Specific metrics may be evaluated to assess skill development and performance progression.
Call Quality & Conversion: Effective customer engagement and conversion from leads to bound policies, bundled policies, and referrals.
Sales Activity: Consistency in tracking and reporting sales data.
