Description:

Delmar Gardens of Chesterfield Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation has an excellent opportunity for individuals with experience in building maintenance, general repairs and knowledge in HVAC, electrical and plumbing. These highly respected professional candidates must have exceptional organizational and communication skills to ensure compliance in regulations inspections and tests. Fire safety experience and/or HVAC certification a plus. Senior housing or healthcare background preferred.

Regardless of whether you are currently working in a management position or second in command and ready for a promotion, this unique opportunity to be a part of a cohesive team and ensure the comfort and safety of our dear residents might be the perfect position for you!
