Registered Nurse Staffing Pool CarePartners

CarePartners is seeking a compassionate and adaptable Registered Nurse Staffing Pool CarePartners to support our mission of improving community health across our Healthcare & Medical Services department. In this role, you will serve as a flexible, floating nurse within our partnered network of healthcare facilities, providing high-quality, patient-centered care wherever coverage needs are greatest. Working closely with interdisciplinary care teams, you will assess patient conditions, develop and implement individualized care plans, administer medications and treatments, monitor patient responses, and provide thorough patient and family education to promote understanding and engagement in care. You will collaborate with providers, care managers, and support staff to ensure smooth transitions of care, accurate documentation, and adherence to clinical protocols, safety standards, and regulatory requirements. As part of the staffing pool, you must be comfortable working across a variety of clinical settings, adapting quickly to new environments, workflows, and electronic health record systems while maintaining strong clinical judgment and excellent communication. You will play a key role in supporting adequate staffing levels, reducing care delays, and enhancing the overall patient experience within the CarePartners network.
