Schedule / Job Type

Contract (13 Weeks) | Days | 3x12-Hour Shifts (7:00 AM – 7:30 PM) | Rotating Weekend Coverage | On-Call Required

Key Responsibilities

• Independently provide comprehensive nursing care to patients across all phases of antepartum, intrapartum, postpartum, and newborn care
• Deliver safe and effective care within an LDRP (Labor, Delivery, Recovery, Postpartum) setting as well as Newborn Nursery
• Participate in rotating weekend coverage and fulfill on-call requirements as scheduled
• Float within skillset to other units or areas as needed
• Complete required facility orientation modules prior to start date

Required Qualifications

• Active New York State RN license required and must be in hand at time of submission
• Minimum 1 year of acute hospital experience with OB/Labor and Delivery background
• Experience in antepartum, intrapartum, and postpartum care is required
• Experience in LDRP and Newborn Nursery is required
• Active ACLS, BLS, and NRP certifications required
• EPIC charting experience is a hard requirement

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Electronic Fetal Monitoring (EFM) certification preferred
• Experience in low-risk and/or high-risk maternal care
• First-time travelers are welcome to apply
