Operations Support Specialist

Position Summary We are currently seeking a highly organized and efficient Operations Support Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for a variety of tasks that keep our operations running smoothly. The ideal candidate will use sound judgment in a dynamic business environment, and have strong bilingual communication skills in English and Mandarin Chinese . Proficiency in Cantonese is a plus. Key Responsibilities Process and handle paperwork and documents related to inventory, shipments, and orders. Assist in the management of inventory, including stock checks and maintaining accurate records. Provide support to the sales team in processing customer orders and inquiries. Handle incoming calls and other communications, directing them appropriately. Maintain a clean and organized work environment. Assist in coordinating logistics and delivery schedules. Perform data entry and update company databases as needed. Collaborate with other team members to improve efficiency and customer service. Qualifications Required: Be able to read and write in Cantonese/ Mandarin (REQUIRED) High school diploma or equivalent; further education or certification is a plus. Prior experience in clerical work, customer service, or a related field. Familiarity with office procedures and basic accounting principles. Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel, and comfortable with learning new software. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Knowledge of or interest in Asian food and culture is a plus. Work Schedule The ideal candidate will be able to work 7:30 am to 4:0\0 pm M-F onsite in Hayward, CA, plus weekends as needed.
