Management Training Consultant

We're hiring a Management Training Consultant to design and deliver a management development program for the small-group leaders who drive our science forward. Working directly with ICR's leadership, you'll build a program that combines group-level instruction in core management principles with individualized, one-on-one coaching tailored to each leader's specific strengths and growth areas. Our small-group managers are already great scientists. Your job is to make them great managers too. Requirements A strong track record in management training, leadership development, executive coaching, or organizational development Extensive experience leading and managing small groups yourself Demonstrated experience coaching individual managers one-on-one, not just delivering group workshops The ability to diagnose individual management styles and design individualized development plans around them Deep, practical command of core management principles — communication, feedback, goal-setting, delegation, and motivation — and the ability to teach them in plain, actionable terms Excellent interpersonal skills and the credibility to coach high-performing people Additional Requirements The ability to work on-site in Englewood, NJ The ability to work in the United States without sponsorship A friendly, easygoing personality Hourly rates will be discussed during the interview process. #J-18808-Ljbffr InVitro Cell Research, LLC
