Desired Qualifications:

• Active BCBA licensure required
• Experience in school-based or pediatric settings preferred

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive BCBA support to the Pyramid Program at Ballenger Creek Middle School
• Deliver behavioral and therapeutic interventions to students in a structured classroom
• Collaborate with educators and therapists to develop and implement individualized plans
• Attend occasional after-school meetings; flexibility in schedule is valued
• Shadow current BCBA until they transition, allowing a smooth handoff for the role
