Sterling Lawyers, LLC is focused on family law and we obsess to achieve the goal of empowering family law clients. Our technology focus is integral to our practice. If you are comfortable with technology and open to learning new ways to serve clients, you will thrive here. If you are resistant to change or prefer traditional legal tools over digital solutions, this is likely not the right environment for you. Every lawyer must be an over‑communicator with clients—return calls, emails, and other communications promptly and thoroughly. A history of poor client communication will be grounds for dismissal. What will be expected of me if I join the team? First… you must be an excellent communicator, both oral and written, returning phone calls and emails within a very short reasonable time frame. Second… you must be a relentless advocate for our clients. This does not mean doing everything they insist on; it means exercising wise judgment to tirelessly advocate for them within our values. Third… you must embrace and live out our values. You cannot fake this; you either share these values or you do not. Fourth… you must attend our quarterly meetings, which are announced weeks in advance. These are typically after business hours from about 5:00 to 8:30 pm; they involve dinner, food, and discussion of achievements and future plans. Fifth… you must adapt to our training and technology. If you are not coachable or cannot learn new technology, this role will not be a good fit.
