Part Time Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner - Fee For Service

Thriveworks is currently seeking Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioners in Knoxville, Tennessee. Compensation This is a Fee for Service (W2) position. Compensation ranges from $61,000 to $89,000 per year, based on 15–20 clinical hours per week. Responsibilities Make psychiatric assessments and evaluations of clients in an ongoing in‑person and telemedicine capacity Provide care for clients aged 14 and up Prescribe medication as needed to reduce mental health symptoms Create and collaborate with clients on care plans Complete and/or administer appropriate paperwork and assessment tools for clients Adhere to Thriveworks' Clinical Practice Guidelines Consult with Regional Clinic Directors and staff on clients, programs, and services at the various sites Willingness to visit a Thriveworks location for in‑person collaborator meetings Qualifications Licensed Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with Board Certification Master's in Nursing with active prescriptive authority in the state Licensing in Tennessee (must reside in the state) Experience: 1 year of psychiatry practice required; 3 years of experience a plus Familiarity with AdvancedMD (AMD) EMR is a plus Part‑time availability of 15–20 hours per week Benefits Partial remote work with limited visits to offices for collaborator meetings Flexible scheduling (sessions available from 7 am – 10 pm, 7 days per week) Guaranteed, bi‑weekly pay 401(k) with 3 % employer match Paid orientation, credentialing, malpractice coverage, and in‑house professional development Annual pay increases and bonus opportunities No required on‑call, and schedule flexibility with no‑show protection Equal Opportunity Employer Thriveworks is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
