Captive Program Specialist

The Opportunity The purpose of this role is to lead and support the delivery of captive insurance. Supporting current and prospective clients with the RFP process, delivery of sales enablement tools, and supporting the sales process. Location: Atlanta, GA; Boston, MA; Chicago, IL; Marblehead, MA; Plano, TX; Edina, MN; New York City, NY; or remote Work Arrangement: This role is hybrid, where you will be expected to be in the office 2-3 days per week Salary range: $130,500 - $195,500 Your new role Collaborate with current and prospective clients on captive insurance throughout the sales process. Support the intake of RFPs from the producers and deliver to the underwriting team. Support the underwriting team on the goals and targets of the opportunity for Agora as well as unique program build opportunities. Use existing sales enablement tools to enhance the delivery of proposals to our producer partners. Manage projects focused on captive insurance and collaborate with QBE captive business development leaders. Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience. Preferred Competencies Working knowledge of BI, visualization, and analytical reporting tools. Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, and Team. Experience with medical stop loss, employee benefits markets, and underwriting philosophy. Compensation Package The salary range for this role is provided above. The salary offer will be decided based on the role's complexity, its location, and the candidate's professional background, including their education and experience. Beyond the base salary, regular full-time and part-time employees will also be eligible for QBE's annual discretionary bonus plan based on business and individual performance.
