Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and passionate Cook to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will have experience in preparing a variety of dishes and be dedicated to maintaining high standards of food quality and safety. The Cook will work closely with the kitchen staff to deliver exceptional dining experiences for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare, cook, and present food items in accordance with established recipes and standards.
- Ensure that all food is prepared in a timely manner and meets the highest quality standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, including proper sanitation of all cooking and food preparation areas.
- Assist in inventory management, including ordering supplies and receiving deliveries.
- Collaborate with other kitchen staff to plan menus and ensure efficient workflow during busy service periods.
- Monitor food presentation and portion sizes to ensure consistency.
- Follow food safety guidelines and health regulations at all times.
- Participate in menu development and suggest new dishes to enhance the dining experience.
- Assist with training and mentoring junior kitchen staff as needed.

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proven experience as a Cook or in a similar role within a restaurant, catering, or hospitality environment.
- Strong knowledge of various cooking techniques, ingredients, equipment, and procedures.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Physical Requirements:

- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50LB.
- Capability to work in a hot kitchen environment.
