We're seeking an experienced and dynamic Director Of Surgical Services to lead our surgical team and ensure high-quality care in the operating room. In this leadership role, you will oversee the daily operations of surgical services, manage staff, and collaborate with medical professionals to deliver exceptional patient care. Director Of Surgical Services Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the daily operations of surgical services, ensuring efficient and safe patient care.
  • Lead, mentor, and manage the surgical team, including surgeons, nurses, and surgical techs.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to maintain the highest standards of care.
  • Ensure compliance with safety, regulatory, and accreditation requirements.
  • Monitor surgical outcomes, patient satisfaction, and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with physicians, anesthesia, and nursing leadership to enhance patient care and operational efficiency.
  • Manage budgets, staffing, and scheduling for surgical services.
  • Stay current with industry trends and advances in surgical techniques and technology.
Director Of Surgical Services Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
  • Active RN licensure or relevant healthcare leadership certification.
  • Proven experience in a leadership role within surgical services or perioperative settings.
  • Strong understanding of surgical procedures, healthcare regulations, and quality assurance processes.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and team management skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make strategic decisions.
