Job Responsibilities

• Partner with brand, marketing and business leaders, translating questions, hypotheses and knowledge gaps into timely and impactful research plans
• Develop recommendations for new growth initiatives, GTM options, platforms and programs based on business goals, competitive analysis/benchmarking and emerging trends
• Plan, implement and monitor A/B testing, and multivariate tests to optimize for traffic, conversions and other performance marketing metrics
• Partner with a variety of stakeholders across product, customer insights, marketing legal and design to drive business outcomes
• Support senior product managers in product launch activities (from concept to product delivery)
• Project-manage a range of initiatives end-to-end
• Work cross-functionally with business, UX, engineering and product support teams to ensure smooth product launch
• Identify and analyze data to isolate issues, develop solutions and prioritize opportunities
• Work with the product team to prepare executive presentations
