The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations, improving performance, driving efficiency, and ensuring the timely and cost-effective delivery of high-quality construction projects.Description:Project Planning & ExecutionLead the planning, execution, and completion of construction projects within time and budget.Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and site supervisors to align schedules and deliverables.Oversee resource allocation, including labor, materials, and equipment.Operational OversightMonitor and evaluate overall company operations to improve productivity and reduce costs.Develop and implement operational procedures and best practices.Track project KPIs and report performance to senior management.Team Leadership & ManagementRecruit, train, and manage operations staff, site teams, and subcontractors.Promote a culture of accountability, safety, and continuous improvement.Ensure compliance with labor laws, health and safety regulations, and company policies.Quality Assurance & ComplianceImplement quality control standards and supervise compliance at all project sites.Conduct site inspections and risk assessments.Ensure adherence to all regulatory and legal requirements in construction operations.Client & Stakeholder CommunicationMaintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and consultants.Provide regular updates to stakeholders on progress, risks, and key decisions.Support the business development team in preparing bids and project proposals.Budget & Cost ControlMonitor project budgets and financial forecasts.Approve procurement of construction materials and services.Identify cost-saving opportunities and minimize operational inefficiencies.Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field (Master’s preferred).15+ years of experience in building/vertical construction operations, Preferably in New York City, with at least 5 years in a Senior managerial role.Proven experience managing large-scale construction projects.Strong knowledge of construction processes, building codes, safety regulations, and project management methodologies.Proficient in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera, AutoCAD,Procore).Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.Excellent written and verbal skillsOUR MISSIONWe build critical infrastructure that creates a better world.OUR VISIONWe strive to be the preeminent full-service civil, building, and specialty contractor by delivering innovative, transformative projects through world-class execution.
